📝 Reservation
How to make a reservation?

Go to the homepage At the top of the menu, you'll see options such as Home, Accommodations, Arrangements, en Search & Book.

Click on “Search & Book.” This will take you to the booking system, where you can enter your preferred location, arrival date, and departure date.

Select your accommodation You’ll see an overview of available holiday homes in Oostkapelle or Westkapelle. Choose the one that suits you best.

Enter your details You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and any special requests or comments.

Confirm your booking After filling in all the details, you can finalize your reservation. You’ll then receive a confirmation by email.

Can I book multiple accommodations at once?
Absolutely. Just send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include:
- Location: Oostkapelle and/or Westkapelle
- Preferred accommodation(s)
- Desired period
- Number of guests
- Any other questions
🏡 Check-in & Check-out
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM via the digital key.
What if I arrive late?
No problem — with the digital key you can check in at any time. Please note that we are available until 9:00 PM every day.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
Check-out checklist:
- Empty dishwasher and store kitchen items
- Close windows and doors, turn off heating & lights
- Leave sorted waste in the designated bins/bags
🚗 Parking & Accessibility
Is parking available?
Yes, each accommodation has one parking space.
Is there a charging point for electric cars?
At Fewo Oostkapelle there is a charging station on site. At Fewo Westkapelle not yet, but there are several public charging stations nearby.
Is there a place to store bicycles?
You can safely store your bicycle at the accommodation.
🧺 Accommodation facilities
Is bed linen included?
Yes, bed linen is provided as standard and the beds are made up on arrival. A mandatory surcharge applies.
Are towels included?
Towels are not standard in all accommodations. This is indicated on the property page and in your booking confirmation. During booking, you can see if towels have already been added. Is there a baby bed or high chair available?
A travel cot is available (without blanket and sheets — please bring your own).
📱 Digital key & Wifi
How does the digital key work?
Before arrival, you will receive an email with instructions and a personal access code. You can easily open the doors with this code. After a few seconds, the door locks automatically again. The arrival email states which doors you have access to and which doors your access code works with.
What are the wifi details?
You’ll find the wifi name and password in the information folder in the accommodation and in your arrival email.

Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed inside?
No, all accommodations are non-smoking.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, after 10:00 PM we ask for silence so everyone can enjoy their rest.
💰 Payments & Costs
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, iDEAL | Wero, or credit card. The available options are shown during checkout.

A supermarket, restaurants, and the beach are within walking distance.
Can I rent bikes nearby?
Yes, there are several bike rental shops within walking distance.
